Would they negotiate with terrorists if Bush were held hostage? |
|
Just a thought. Bush spent the day screaming that he would never negotiate with terrorists. Hmmm.
If I'm writing the scenario....some group captures Bush and holds him hostage, threatening to decapitate him if the US does not pull troops out of Iraq in 48 hours. Does Cheney (who takes charge) finally get the presidency...or do they negotiate? Just wondering where they draw the line.. since Bush is so critical of the Philippine president.
What say you folks?

2. I would pay them to keep him. Not to kill him, but to keep him forever. |
|
And I would given them Cheney, Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, Rice, Powell...

4. Well, the Republicans have a long history of... |
|
... trading with terrorists, so my guess would be, yes, they would. They did it to steal the election in 1980, and to achieve their goals in Nicaragua, and to get back intelligence hostages in Lebanon in the middle `80s.
They'd do for Bush--in a heartbeat.

They're not talking about policy or what's best for our now struggling nation. They're selling a product.
You can always count on a hypocrite to be a hypocrite.

Don't remember much, but I thought the plot was about his daughter being taken hostage and daddy the President has to rescue her. OMG if terrorists took Jenna and Barbara hostage could they afford the bar bill? Talk about double trouble. :-)

First, they would pay the terrorists millions in American taxpayer dollars to free Bush. Then they would set up a scenario exactly like the Jessica Lynch hoax, in which an already safe an secure Bush pretended to be rescued by the troops.
