The Invisible Dead
I see in LBN that the 900th American soldier has died in combat. I believe there have been a few deaths reported over the past couple of days but you'd never know it from reading the paper.

Here's where I didn't see any report of the latest casualties...

Google News (blame the right-wing computer?)

CNN website

My morning paper (not even buried deep inside)

There is plenty about Sandy Berger, the related investigation into the Clinton administration!, Michael Jackson's quads, Britney, and now the no-longer missing head.

Dead soldiers are no longer even worth a mention.
