Anyone else see the talking Bush doll at Foleys? (Funny)

At Foley's Department Store here in Austin there is a talking Bush doll on a stand. Rather than his heroic phrases, though, it spits out his Bushisms, like his food on the family line.

One of the selling points listed on the box is "Although you can move his hands, this does not mean he is a puppet!"

Is this an Austin thing? Last Bush toy I remember had Bozo looking like GI Joe.
