The people will come around if we do our jobs as citizens. These things take time and effort. Politics is not a spectator sport. We cant just sit back and let the system run and expect the system to work. It would be nice, it would be great if we could, and we have a problem in society because we learn growing up that our society is this magical place where everything works like a beautiful cuckoo clock. Y'know, I'm seeing the very same thing going on in the senate race in my state right now. There is one DEM in the race who is very strong, very savvy, and has a BACKBONE. The other one is REpukelite, and wobbles very closely to bushwa.
