If Osama Bin Laden is captured

it is important to realize that if Osama is captured, and he has his trial and is found not-guilty he should be released. I mean, I doubt he'll get a fair trial...especially with Bush* Co. screwing up all kinds of human rights. But its important that we understand, in the event he is captured, just because we'd have him in custody doesn't automatically give him a death sentence.

IF he's found, chances are that he will have been dead for a while (eg - died of kidney failure - for example), or that he died in a firefight (eg: martyr). I can't fathom any situations where IF UBL was caught alive, that he would be found "not guilty" since he has already avowed (and he's proud of it) that he was behind the 9/11 attacks. If he's alive, I can't see him allowing himself to be captured, much less be put on trial.
