Stock market to Chimperor: "Buh-Bye!"
The markets are bad. The middle class will see the results in their next 401k and retirement statements. They may be led around by the nose by Repugs social issues, but they won't take kindly to seeing their retirement savings decimated.

Support for the Chimperor will weaken, despite all the economic happy talk.

2. Not me.
I'm sitting out until 1/05. If the market takes a large enough dip, I might wager a piece of my 401K on a short-term basis, but that's it.

4. Did I miss something?
Are the markets bad? Really? My co-workers are gloating over their 401Ks.

5. You should see the blather in today's stock market thread
in LBN. Basically, "the economy has sucked bigtime for a long time and the feds have run out of ideas for propping it up".
