Ended with Kerry addressing his IWR vote: Paraphrasing here: "I voted for a resolution that stated 'international coalition, all other diplomatic efforts exhausted, UN involvement, war as last resort' -- what happened was NONE of those things." "I have not changed my position." "I just want this to be done RIGHT, and it hasn't been."

Sorry, it went by so fast it's really difficult to try to reproduce anything more. If you're in a later time zone, do tune it. It's right at the top of the newscast and over in a blink. Not bad, though. Kerry did just fine with what there was.
