Links regarding the draft, please. Need them for a neighbor.
Tonight my neighbor told me that her husband had found a link on the Selective Service web site that reassured her that there were no plans whatsoever to reinstate the Draft. And that the bill in Congress to reinstate the Draft had failed a year or so ago.

I told her that the Selective Service had been given the funds to get ready so that a draft could be up and running in five to seven months, but I don't have the links to back that up...

Does anyone have those links? Please?
