Military Makeover, breast implants for soldiers
Keith Olbermann - Military makeover

Men get money for college, women get implants if they enlist.

2. Doctors have to keep up their certifications
so they have to perform so many a year. Also a lot of soldiers need reconstructive or cosmetic surgery when wounded and doctors have to keep their skills up. I was shot in the face during my time in the army, so I did have some reconstructive surgery done. I was glad that my surgeon had kept his skills sharp.

3. This is one of the few great things about the military,
they do a lot to provide for all of their people's physical needs.

I wish that EVERY American had health care like this. Where not only the basics are covered, but even things that are not so basic can be covered for a little more.

I would be very happy to have a health care plan for all people that is like the military offers. (they do deserve everything they get though)

4. Then farm them out to do trauma reconstruction for those who need it
That way those who don't have money for such treatment can live a better life--I don't see how the answer is to give out unnecessary cosmetic surgery free as a perk. The surgeons would get better experience working in a similar environment as they would have with injured soldiers--I'd really rather not have a surgeon who'd simply been doing boob jobs and lipo working on grafting my skin or reconstructing my face.
