Does Bush deserve "a second chance"?
A subtle attack on Bush would be to campaign on the notion that Bush deserves "a second chance".

It just underscores the fact that he failed the first time. Of course the answer is that on something as important as life and death, there are no "second chances".

It would be a good sign to infiltrate GOP rallies with and force them to think.

1. I think he's had enough "second chances"
Let's see...

Second chance at fulfilling his National Guard requirements after disobeying a direct order to take a physical

Second chance at a clean driving record (provided by a new SSN) after a "driving incident"

Second chance at running a business after driving his oil companies into the ground...

Second chance at a Bush in the White House

2. Wouldn't deserving a second chance
mean he would have actually had to earn the first one to begin with?

3. No.
He fucked up the economy by killing our jobs and putting the country into a huge debt.

9/11 happened on his watch and he capitalized on it.

He lied us into a war we had no business fighting.

He has been responsible for many deaths due to that war.

He and Cheney profiteered through Enron and Halliburton.

He introduced one of the most broad sweeping freedom limiting legislations.

7. He never was supposed to have the First Chance...No.. to the re selection
From the looks of it, the Pubs are barely maintaining their position in the polls. Slipping actually..... meaning Bush was chosen Head Coach holding a very poor resume.... and you would think the Powers knew better.... Goes to show how smart THEY ARE.... put in a Dufus and EVERYONE gets HURT.

Damn....

8. "Should Bush be given a second chance?"
That would be a better way to say it. Implies he screwed up first time, and the voter has the power to say yes or no.

13. It's impossible to force a wingnut to think.
Good idea, but I'm afraid that freepers and subtlety just don't mix.
