I rank Napoleon Bonaparte as a better leader than Bush

I was recently reviewing Napoleon(or Napoloni if you want to go by birth name) and when I looked at his domestic agenda it was pretty damned good when compared to Bush's. Napoleon was for Civil Rights, Bush is against civil rights. Napoleon created a police department, which was the first for all of Europe. Napoleon also believed people should be rewarded on their merits, Bush believes that your position in life should based on whose crotch the doctor yanked you out of. Napoleon was even better than Bush at waging war as well. Napoleon atleast could win fucking wars and when he won wars his opponet was a Eurpean superpower. Bush can't even beat people who don't even have a fucking army. Now I believe Napoleon is still a bastard for all the people he fucking killed but atleast he felt bad when his troops died. Anyone disagree, agree or have anything else to add to this rant.

These people were LEADERS. and YES the Emperor Napoleon for all his hubris and myriad flaws was a far , far better leader than the Chimp.
I can't imagine wanting to see the Chimp's Tomb, as I would Napoleon's .
