|
i know polls are messed with or whatever this thread isn't about how great polls are but how can people believe them??? I mean.. i know MANY MANY MANY people who voted for Bush last time that will NOT this time.. but i haven not heard of ONE person who voted gore and switched to bush... the election (if you believed that bush act. got more votes :eyes: ) was still VERY close.... i just cant see how it will be that close this time around

1. I agree...I'm very suspicious of these polls. |

I think the Rs are grossly underestimating the discontent out here.

7. Correct. These are not fair and balanced polls |
|
Unless, you mean it in the same sense as Faux (i.e. biased).

5. I don't get it either. |

Montana is not exactly the most left wing place and I've talked to lots of Republicans who are voting for Kerry... as you note, there are NO Democrats moving in the opposite direction.

6. Bush will HAVE to lose in a ROUTE unless it is Diebold rigged! |
|
Bush's numbers are total bullshit! NO ONE who voted for Gore - and felt ChimpCo stole the election and hence their vote - is going to vote for radical right wing Bushler - who's now proved himself to be the worst president in history by (among other things) starting an illegal, completely unjustified war for the profit of his cronies, assaulting the environment and the working class, giving a ridiculous tax break to the ultra rich, and turning the biggest surplus in history into the biggest deficit!

8. It'll help Bush steal the election |
|
if the polls appear close. I've said this a thousand times...it is their best interest to show a "razor thin" margin, so that when Bush steals it again, they can point to the polls and say "See, we said it would be close." Of course, we ALL know it is not. So, when the election actually skews 70-30 (or worse) against Bush, and MSNBCNNFOX comes out and tells us it was close yet you can't find a single friend or acquaintence who voted for Bush...that's when the fun begins.

"Thinking about the Presidential Election in November... do you plan to vote for (A) Our Glorious and Wonderful Leader George W. Bush -- whose smile is as much a part of Americana as drinking a Coke and watching a minor league baseball game from the cheap seats -- and who will protect us from all evil.... or (B) John Kerry, a French-looking cohort of Jane Fonda's, who hits puppies with golf clubs and boils babies and wants the terrorists to win?" (alternate order)
If Undecided...
"Are you LEANING more toward Bush's strong, steady leadership; or toward Kerry's communist, liberal, tax-raising elitist attitude?"
