Which 'Journalists' or TV Anchors/reporters will loose their jobs when ...
Kerry is elected.

Will these bush shills keep their jobs or will they get sent packing as well.

I think anyone on Fox surprisingly enough will be spared.

First to go 5 min after CNN calls it for Kerry...

Paula Zahn

2. I've got a better idea.....
why not close down Fox and arrest Murdoch and his entire band of propagandists as "enemy combatants".

Anyone who complains must obviously be "anti American" and "want the terrorists to win"

(taking my tongue OUT of my cheek now....)

The scary part is... the USPATRIOT Act would allow this.
Pehaps the Repugs need to be taught that when you hand a loaded gun to someone, you'd better be DAMN sure of where they're going to point it.

That would make my day. :-)

5. They were RNC spokesmodels before *, and will continue to be
after Kerry is elected. The bad news is that relentless rightwing bias in the news media will continue; the good news is that fewer and fewer people are fooled.

6. I agree some are
But Paula Zahn was an attempt by CNN to appeal to RW viewers that FOX had begun to monopolize.

Once the true American Values are revealed at the polls I think a lot of these cheerleaders will appear very fringe.

8. If only it worked that way
But what happened when the whoremedia was proven wrong about their WMD coverage and their Iraq cheer leading? Uhhmm....can't remember? That's because nothing happened. I think that's a good indication of what will happen if Kerry wins. Their attitude will be "Kerry won by a tiny margin, it's a divided country, no mandate, etc., etc...." In the meantime, they will start to rediscover their "reporting" skills, and use them to eviscerate Kerry on a daily basis.

9. They will retain their jobs and become
shills for the new administration. Do you really think these assholes care who's in charge as long as they can keep their fame and money?

12. Their bosses
(corporate owners) care VERY MUCH who's in charge. The media corporations get tax cuts from repuke administrations. That's why they shill for *. They did not shill for Clinton, remember? And they will not shill for Kerry. You can take that to the bank.

11. Fox News
Ollie North should be arrested!
Sean Hannity needs to be "De-Roved"
Bill O'Reilly needs to be dropped off in the middle of the South Bronx and made to walk all the way back to Long Island. Oh yeah, without bodyguards!

15. The best way for Kerry to
keep the media off his back when he wins is to open investigations into the Bush administration's wrong doing..Cheney energy papers, etc. The best defense is a good offense and besides that, the American public deserves to know all the things that were classified that shouldn't have been.

18. But you're
thinking like a winner. Can't have that in the Democtatic party. No, I'm afraid it will be all "let's look to the future", and let bygones be bygones. One thing the Democrats (including Kerry) seem genetically incapable of doing is playing offence. I'm as big a Kerry fan as anyone, but that's the truth. Too bad; if they'd learn to play hardball, I truly believe that most of this right wing * would stop.

17. Why would anybody lose their media job because Kerry's elected?
The ownership won't change. They will hound Kerry and Edwards to no end.

Micheal.

Media deregulation was the payoff.

They might get rid of the cheerleaders as a peace offer to the new bosses in the WH.

edit: original said brother not Son

20. Micheal Powell is Colin Powell's son, not brother....
Perhaps they will appoint someone new to the FCC but that alone won't undo the damage done to the media.
