1. The key word is "think"---People who follow BushCo don't do that

2. Clarke was part of the administration. And if nobody else was around

to make the decision it meant he had to do it. It was still the BUSH ADMINISTRATION.

They should be accountable regardless. However, I still don't believe Clarke came up with this idea on his own and it was never shared with the White House.

would simultaneously attack regarding his wife and protect regarding the BL flights.

It has to be either Wilson did authorize it, or he's protecting. But why would he protect?
