Book List: Corporate Media vs. The Powers That Be
The success of All the President's Men has created a powerful American myth -- namely, that every major reporter in corporate media would give his or her right arm for a story that could expose critically important governmental or corporate malfeasance.

People actually still use this argument in every day discussion. As in, "If there were anything to this or that conspiracy theory, our ever vigilant corporate media would have been on it like white on rice!"

I'm looking for the titles of books that clearly expose this myth for the complete and utter lie it is.
