US "out of bullets"....buys at a "premium" from UK and Israel. Pure BS |
|
On CBS tonight it shared how the Army has ouspent their budget (no audit i'm sure) and ran out of bullets and has to buy the shortfall from Israel and UK companies.
Why can't we manf. these in the US....no job skills? This is pure BS and ripping off the US taxpayers.
Military Industrial Complex wins again....at the expense of the US people.

Now THERE's some uncommon thinking! Usually, one must ingest the better part of a bottle of bourbon before an idea that stupid comes tumbling out of your brain.
Let's see . . . Middle Eastern country. Drawing insurgents from all over the globe. Many of them fanatical Muslims. So let's get our ammo from Israel, and REALLY give them a reason to go off.
But hey, now that the Iraqis have full sovereignty, I suppose it'll be their problem, right? Everyone says casualties are down (they're not, but "everyone" says so), and our troops will all be coming home just any day now (they're not, but a large segment of very gullible people thinks so), so any powder kegs we set off now will have very minimal repercussions, right?
Damn, I can't wait for these particular "adults" to be no longer in charge.
