He "drank all of my beer"???????
Edited on Fri Jul-23-04 09:39 AM by Atman
Oh, sorry Mr. Alcoholic president. But you must have a secret stash in your closet, don't you? All lying drunks do!

On edit...sorry...Bush is speaking to the Urban League, another hi-profile flip-flop which the liberal media will report as "reaching out." His FIRST comment was to welcome the governor, I believe, by saying that last time he was at his house, he drank all his beer.

7. They're probably falling asleep
We've all already heard this exact same speech at least a hundred times over the past three years. Did Bush's speech writer quit?

Edited on Fri Jul-23-04 10:10 AM by buycitgo
1. And let me conclude by telling you, as people who've got influence in your communities and around the country, that there is a way you can help fight this war against terror, beyond trying to affect the budget -- make sure you keep employing people. And that is to love your neighbor like you'd like to be loved yourself. (Apr. 16, 2002)

2. You know, people oftentimes ask me what can they do to help fight in the war against terror. Firefighters answer that call every day. But there are other ways to fight in the war against terror, as well. If you want to fight evil, do some good. If you want to join the war against terror, love your neighbor just like you'd like to be loved yourself. (Apr. 18, 2002)

3. People say to me, you know, Mr. President, what can I do in the war against terror? My answer is, love your neighbor like you'd like to be loved yourself. (May 1, 2002)

4. People often ask me how they can help in the war against terror. I'll tell you how you can help. You can love a neighbor just like you'd like to be loved yourself. (May 9, 2002)

5. I often say that if you want to join in the war against terror, do some good. If you want to fight evil, love your neighbor like you'd like to be loved yourself. (May 17, 2002)

6. People say, what can I do to help? You can love your neighbor like you'd like to be loved yourself. If you want to fight evil, do some good. You see, it's the million acts of kindness and decency that take place every day in America that will help us fight off evil. (June 21, 2002)

7. People ask me how can they help in the war against terror. My answer is, love a neighbor like you'd like to be loved yourself. (Aug. 22, 2002)

8. My call to people in this country is that if you want to join on the war on terror, if you want to fight evil, love your neighbor like you'd like to be loved yourself. (Aug. 23, 2002)

9. I believe the enemy has wakened a spirit in this country that understands in order to fight evil, in order to fight evil -- that in order to fight evil, you can do so by loving your neighbor just like you'd like to be loved yourself. (Aug. 23, 2002)

10. A lot of people say, well, what can I do on the war against terror? You can love your neighbor like you'd like to be loved yourself is what you can do. (Sep. 5, 2002)

11. Many of our citizens understand to fight evil, you do so by loving your neighbor just like you'd like to be loved yourself. (Sep. 5, 2002)

12. There's a new spirit in America, thanks to what happened on September the 11th. We still mourn for the loss of life, but there are thousands of our fellow citizens who have asked the question, how can I help? And they've heard the call, you can help fight evil by doing good. You can fight evil by loving your neighbor just like you'd like to be loved yourself. (Sep. 17, 2002)
