He was sent on his own from Geneva to Berlin (he was 11). Has made him more reliant.

We have done things like this with my kids but they were 14... Eleven sounds really young!

6. Some kids were older at a younger age back then.

Kerry had to get himself to school and back through a post WW2 Germany on a bicycle.

People have no clue how truly fearless he is with the innate smarts to utilize caution and awareness at the same time.

Bottom line: Most people, including many Democrats, do NOT KNOW John Kerry.

out during Vietnam... he has my admiration for that.

9. Back when I was 11, I rode BART alone from Laffeyette to Fremont

That's how I could go visit my mom when I was a kid.
usually spent Christmas and Thankgiving traveling on Bart.

I even had to Transfer halfway to get to Fremont .
It was about an 2 hour travel time . :shrug:

that was in the late 70s and early 80s
