I am a little surprised at the way people here are assuming Berger is guilty just because "they" say so. This really upsets me. This an excellent read on their spin from David Brock's site.

Are we going to distance ourselves from everyone they want to spin? You know what I mean.

If Berger is guilty that is one thing, but this has been going on for many months. This site, and many people I respect here are falling over themselves to get distanced from him. We should not do that.

1. So Faux News makes one "mistake", a thousand voices spread that...

lie as cited truth, then later, if called on it, Fox News quietly corrects the mistake.

I have no opinion on Berger, but I hate to see intelligent people here assuming we better distance ourselves.

If they keep succeeding they will get braver and bolder in their attacks.
