| Bring home our National Guard ! |
|
They didn't volunteer to fight wars in Iraq or Afghanistan. We need them to protect our own nation. I would like to see Kerry and Edwards insist on this. They shouldn't be in Iraq. Actually, none of our troops should be there, but we should start withdrawing our NG troops immediately, in my opinion.

Spring wildfires are making way for summer hurricanes in Florida. We need to know that our national guard is here and ready.

The National Guard has been an integral part of the All-Volunteer Force since the end of Vietnam. Anyone signing up for the Guard knows they're more than likely going overseas at some point.
