WTF is that all about. I am very ashamed my party would do this to my fellow Americans. That place totally isolated from the convention and looks like a concentration camp.

I am sure NYC will be as bad or worse but our party needs to do better.

in GD - which promptly sank. Anyhow, this morning a report on MSGOP showed the pen - complete with barbed wire. Are the Dems too stupid to realize that the whores will cover this to the max - insinuating that the Dems are using gestapo-like tactics to suppress free speech? (Never mind the common repuke "first-amendment zones" that never get mentioned.) Kerry and Edwards need to act to get this stopped now. It looks terrible and sends a horrible message.

After watching George Lakoof, the linguist, on the Bill Moyers show, I am so keenly aware of the manipulation of language. They are closer to internment camps than free speech zones. We should not use their definitions.

The thing is there are so many different agencies in charge of this convention, both local, state, and national - who knows who set up that policy....or if Kerry is even aware of it...
