THEY LIED ABOUT LINDA RONSTADT
here is the link to prove they lied about Linda Ronstadt.... http://www.tucsoncitizen.com/breaking/072104ronsdadt.html

SNIP
Singer Linda Ronstadt was not asked to leave a Las Vegas casino Saturday after she endorsed Michael Moore's controversial film "Fahrenheit 9/11," the Tucson native told the Tucson Citizen yesterday.
And she was not booed off the stage by a concert crowd that had erupted in mayhem, she said.

Speaking by phone from San Francisco, Ronstadt said that she left the Aladdin Resort & Casino immediately after the concert and was not aware that the management was irritated by her comments until an hour after she left the show.
read the rest of the story. I am sure you will find it interesting.... I have already e mailed MSRNC and asked them to correct their LIES about Linda......

2. I knew she wasn't booed off, I knew that was bogus,
because it wasn't in the original articles, it came in latter reports.

Hell, Sinead O'Connor wasn't "booed off the stage" either after ripping up the pope photo, if you watch the tape, she silenced the band and sang a capella a Bob Marley song about child abuse.

Mock
yeah
Ing
yeah
Bird
Yeah.

3. Also, Al Franken said the audience may have been upset that she was
accompanied by an orchestra instead of a rock band.

Not upset about her pro-Michael Moore comment.

8. I also heard that the audience
wanted more of her greatest hits? That would make sense--she had some great classic songs--that I for one would definitely want to hear if I went to a Ronstadt concert--and I would be disappointed if I didn't.

4. Glad to see this!
As usual, the real story barely resembles the whore media spin.

5. here is my e mail to them
Why not report the story like it really happened.... Here is the link http://www.tucsoncitizen.com/breaking/072104ronsdadt.html to prove you and the rest of our so called "FREE PRESS" LIED about the story regarding Linda Ronstadt. Why not tell the truth???? I guess you were just shilling for the BUSH ADMINISTRATION as usual. Do you people think you really have Americans fooled???? People are smart enough to see through your phony pandering to the White House. Of course it's not only MSRNC it is also the others. It's kind of funny to see MSRNC and CNN try to see who can be the most like FOX NEWS........ Anyway, why not correct the LIES you told about Linda Rondstadt?????

7. Great email!
you didn't pull any punches and really called them on their lies and pandering! I love it!

You should send that around to more of the media shills that tried to lie about this story!

6. Sounds like the management did a little revisionist history so as..
appease the few attendees who actually had a problem with the comments.

9. This is a scary time we're living in.
It really seems like objective truth is disappearing from the world. It's far more subtle than Orwell depicted. More like Huxley's take on the matter.

10. I *JUST* got back
from seeing her here in California, and she said the same thing - a few boos, a lotta cheers, no "escort from the building". She seemed to be having a good time with the controversy.
