This is what Democracy looks like.
I'd love to see 4000 people in the protest pen/interrment camp in Boston holding signs:

2. I would rather see that at every bush appearance
dems have been very tolerant of protesters...bush has protesters arrested....and other

boston is higher security risks....but nyc isn't hardly willing to give any permits for anti bush protesters....

3. What happens
if a person, wearing no anti-Bush wear and possessing no partisan signs, shouts something like "Bush, you're a liar!" when the Shrub goes by? Have there been any arrests for people doing things like this?

4. good point
But as a visual, the chain link fences and razor wire in Boston make a stronger statement than the pens in NYC.

snip

US District Court Judge Douglas P. Woodlock walked under coils of razor wire and heavy black netting yesterday for a firsthand look at a ''free speech" protest zone across from the FleetCenter that prompted a lawsuit from activists who liken the space to a prison.

I saw another article where the judge compared it to an internment camp but is allowing it anyway.
