because they have seen how the media is positioning Iran as the next target of the US. Since NK is the third of the 'Axis of Evil', no doubt they have decided that we are an insane nation, and are preparing for some sort of preemptive strike. This scares the bejesus out of me, because Shrub has provoked them and given them the precident for this action.

to get plenty of news coverage showing NK handing over their nukes to help make their case for attacking Iraq. "See, NK is playing ball because they know we mean business."
That's the way they spun Libya. If Moon had succeeded in bribing NK, then Bush would have his excuse for Iraq AND impress the voters. The media would have played it up for Bush BIGTIME.
