What are the "sixteen words"?

There are at least two prominent front page articles that mention the infamous 16 words but no mention to the uninformed (like new readers) or the forgetful (like me) what those words are.

Those words are going to be the key to the next election. It would be nice to know what they are. It would be nice to have a clickable link at the top explaining them.
