changed the word in its transcript from addiction to affliction

somebody should have done an article on the MYRIAD times they've changed his actual words

the chicago tribune responded, briefly, to some LTTEs about the media's own cleanups of Bush's words, defending it by saying it was obvious, usually, what the president meant, and it was more important to accurately record what he MEANT, rather than what he actually SAID

!!!!!
