Graham & McCain on Hardball
Edited on Wed Aug-20-03 06:07 PM by Cush
McCain: We won a stunning military victory, and at first it was just the Baath party, but now others are coming in.

We might need more troops and definately more money.

Says he thinks that at this point next year, things will be better. (yeah thats what they said after the Hussein boys were killed)

1. Cheerleader for destruction
There's no nearly third world country we can't whip. Just let us degrade its military for 12 years, then send in the UN to bust up the heavy stuff. And all it took was spending more on "defense" than everyone else combined! Stunning victory...

The military has been abused so here comes more sweet talk.

We knew there would be consequences, by going into Iraq we allowed Al Qeada to regroup.

We need troops, maybe 100,000, but non Americans: 50,000 to replace US Troops & another 50,000 to bring it up to 200,000 total

We are going to have a hard time finding people willing to help us now (thanks to Bush)

Bush failed to us the costs, exit strategy, etc.

The next election will be about the economy, not Iraq
