Unfortunatly I have to give props to Wolf and Crowley |
|
They handle the mrs Kerry remarks well. I did not realize that the reporter ask about unamerican activities, that is not what she said in her speech.

1. I haven't heard any credible version of this crisis. |
|
Haven't had tv on today. Just what did she say and what did the reporter ask, do you know ? Appreciate it.

2. I would never give Crowley credit for anything other than |

being a first class media whore. Blitzer comes in second, but I think he is just plain dumb. Why don't they all wear their Bush/Cheney buttons on their clothing? We know they are shills for Bush. At least that way the public know where they are coming from. They are despicable.

3. She said to a Colorado reporter from a conservative publication |
|
and I am paraphrasing.,"you said I said something that I didn't say, so shut up."
I think she has established just how much crap she is going to take from the right wing press. Those journalists who hate First Ladies, who aren't stepford wives, like Bob Novak be forewarned. Theresa, it seems not only is able but more than willing to show her claws. After the years he has spent calling Hillary Clinton all kinds of mean things and saying that she is a horrible woman, Novak I think is going to meet his match. Not only that Theresa can afford the lawyers to put him in the poorhouse with his vile mouth.
ROFLMAO.

6. THK used the word "un-American" in her speech |
|
A conservative columnist, in questioning her after the speech, morphed the phrase into "unAmerican activities" (clearly invoking a little bit of McCarthyism).
She was peeved at being misquoted and said to the columnist: "You said something I didn't say. Now shove it."
It wasn't furious or lashing out, it was a simple dressing down of someone who'd misquoted her.
CNN dismissed it appropriately as not a big deal, although I was stunned that Wolf didn't seem to understand why there's a big difference between "unAmerican" and "unAmerican activities".
