Better bet is Sirius. No ownership by CC at all...plus they don't pick and choose what bits of AAR they carry like XM does...

...and they have no control over programming. As for "pick and choose", I don't think that's the case. More likely, XM had contracts with the non-AAR talent long before AAR came into existence. I'm sure with pressure, they will carry more AAR programming when those contracts are up.
