It's SO FAR OVER THE TOP that it's difficult to comprehend. After watching the video, I thought to myself, WOULD that it had occurred to her to "CALL OUT" the spin technique. (Hey, I have NO PROBLEM with how she handled it in the moment). Hindsight, of course, is 20/20. I found myself fantasizing that THK demanded a camera follow her and announced before letting the reporter do his Scaife thing, "Ladies and gentleman we will now examine what SPIN is." After letting him know SHE KNEW what he was doing and dispatching him, she'd turn to the camera and explain the technique of twisting words taken out of context and attempting to corner the "target" into validating the spun version... I can dream can't I? The sad thing is, even if my fantasy were reality, would Americans "get it?"
