Anyone else catch that on Crossfire? I worship the ground Carville walks on.

3. My Wife Thought I'd Just Had A Heart Attack
I lost it. Yep...Novakula brought up the blast faxs of the day...Terersa Heinz telling the Scaiffe hatchetman to shove it and Kerry's pitch at the Red Sox game. The video of the pitch shows Kerry got it over just fine, the veteran just missed it. Of course, Novak said it was a "wild pitch".

Carville is great..."Kerry is the better man"...I like how these messages are sounding. The game this week is to make those who aren't totally comfortable with Kerry to feel good about what's going on here, while the hacks from the right want us to be as shrill and boorish as they are.

Novak...SHOVE IT! CHENNEY IT!

9. The Red Sox thing was just bizarre
"Kerry thought no one would mind if he disrupted their game, like he's disrupted their city...Never thought he'd get booed...Then threw a wild pitch...IS THIS THE BAD JUDGEMENT WE CAN EXPECT FROM KERRY IF HE WINS?" (or something to that effect.

If this is the best freaking argument they can come up with, we have Novemver soooo locked.

12. This Is All So Lame
The Teressa "Shove It" remark is a textbook. The slime started on Drudge, then was the top story on Faux & CNN...C-Span read an article on it at the top of their morning show and off we went. The good thing is it looks like there's so much other stuff going on, no one except the wingnuts...who are in hiding this week anyway...have paid any attention.

This week is not gonna be a fun one to be a wingnut. They want us to bash Bunnypants and make a martyr out of him. Kerry doesn't need to take the bait...we all don't need to know about how bad this regime is...this week is to say what we'll start doing to clean up this regime's mess.

I sure hope all Gore says what he did on the mike check on Friday: It's time for them to go!!!!!

6. the thing that was really getting to Novak
was that Carville said "We've got the better man" in a really smug voice about 15 times in the first 5 minutes ... I thought Novak was going to take a swing at him (it would be fun to watch Carville go ragin' Cajun on Novak's old wrinkled ass)

... and everyone in your party is afraid to say it, because she's a billionaire."

NoFacts spewed his big daily talking point to Raul Emmanuel, no less.

:grr:  :grr:

"Everyone loves Elizabeth Edwards, she's motherly, she's nice, and then there's this woman (Teresa), she's scary!"

13. I Triple Dog Dare Anyone to Attack Elizabeth Edwards
Every one would see just how much of an "attck dog" the good Senator from North Carolina would be. Say what you want about the South, but you DO NOT go after the candidate's wives down here, you just don't.

14. TRANSCRIPT: Rahm Emmanuel just told NoFacts to SHOVE IT, too!!!
NoFacts: "Congressman Emmanuel, if you were running the show, would you have taken John Kerry to Fenway Park last night to get booed?"

Emmanuel: "I'd have taken him to the game."

NoFacts: "To get booed?"

Emmanuel: "It's fine to go to the game. It's a Red Sox/Yankees game, Bob. Who doesn't love that, Bob? If people don't like that, you can kinda just tell them to GO SHOVE IT. I'm not going to say what the Vice President said, of course, but shove it seems within the boundaries of legal."

Thanks, TIVO!

15. Take this Bob -- and shove it...
... you're a joke and nothing more,
you did betray the CIA
just like a Bush-league whore.
I'm glad to see that Carville's gone
and evened up the score.
So take this, Bob, and shove it
on that big convention floor!

(With apologies to Johnny Paycheck)
