1. I would find a different job as soon as possible

Sometimes one can find oneself put in unethical positions in their job. It is best to remove oneself from the situation as soon as possible. On one hand, it might seem like the right thing to screw the unethical company over, but often other people will get hurt in the process.
It is ethical to lie to protect ones life or the lives of others. Life is the most important moral/ethical value.
