Why the hell are Dems trying to out Bush Bush? Why can't they answer
the likes of Chris Matthews who is relentlessly spewing the Republican talking points?

Why do the Dems let them get away with the tag "soft on defense?" WTF does that mean? (I don't ususally use profanity but there is a time and place for everything.) "Soft on defense?" The party whose leadership took us through WWII with the position that "the only thing we have to fear is fear." The leadership that had the courage (not to my liking) to make the really tough decision to drop the atomic bomb twice. The leadership that stood eyeball to eyeball with the Russians during the Cuban missile crisis. The leadership that finally that made the daring move to try to resue (although failed) hostages in the desert. The leadership that had the moral courage to take on genocide, fight, and win the battle in the 90's. WTF do they mean by "soft on defense?" The leadership that had the courage to stop wasteful military spending projects in their tracks and shift more funds to military personnel and VA hospitals. I AM SCREAMING AT THE TV!!! Why can't the Dem spokespeople speak up and answer the likes of Bliltzer and Matthews? WTF is going on?!!!! How many military were lost under the Clinton administation that engaged in three conflicts? GIVE ME A BREAK!!! Where are those Dems who can speak up and remember their on fucking history? If they can't do it now at this convention, we are doomed and they don't deserve to win!!!

3. give him a break ...
Tweety lies so fast and furiously, I don't think it possible to nail ever perjorative nuance without the aid of a video-tape and a few minutes to look at what he said.

Matthews is a true bit of excrement.

2. No presidential candidate is soft on defense...
There are just some that use it more wisely than others. Whatever you want to call Bush in this regard (Hard On Defense?), it didn't work. Well, it may have worked militarily (kudos to the Clinton military), but strategically, diplomatically, etc., the Bush administration has fallen on its face.

5. I am livid!!! Thanks for the welcome.
Please forgive any ranchor by me tonight. I don't know with whom I am most angry, the Dem spokespeople who keep trying to 'be nice' or the whore spinmeisters who keep pushing the Republican talking points.
