Unconfirmed: George W. suffers from epilepsy. Watch how he rarely uses his left hand, unless he's holding something... Like the dog, which he dropped in front of several frightened children.

most of the time his left hand hangs at his side. He can use it for gross motor movements, but otherwise it is always unnaturally relaxed. Maybe it's because I'm Italian, but I could never walk around with my arm just hanging at my side like that.
