16. I so miss a President who can talk to the American people with a

message of optomism and hope. I miss a President who could take a group of words and string them together in an intelligent, intelligble sentence. I miss a President who had the interests of the WHOLE country uppermost in his mind, not just a few privileged individuals who have an oligarchy in mind for this country, not a democracy.

I really respected Bill Clinton for pointing out that it was rich people like him who benefit from the policies of this insane administration. Not kids, not firemen, not policemen, not you or me.

I also have to hand it to him for pointing out that John Kerry volunteered for military service when the wealthy and privileged class opted out for a comfy, safe existence. He included himself in that group. That took character.

Crap, I miss having a real President.

Hearing Clinton tonight just reminded me that I had almost forgotten what a real leader looks like and sounds like. If it is at all possible, Bush now looks even more pathetic and inept by comparison to someone with a real brain and a real vision for America.
