This is only a start of a long battle, we must be ready.
I loved today, Im sure I will love tommarow. This is a great convention, we have a great candidate, and more importantly, we are right.

but,

This is probably the best we are going to have it.

The Media will still oppose us. Bush will have a ton of money and the republican noise machine will continue to roll on.

As we get closer to the election and they get desperate things will get very very ugly.

The republican convention is going to be huge, and it is going to help them alot. The media will step in line and we will have days of wall to wall Bush love. This will give him a huge boost.

We are still fighting a major uphill battle and the ONLY way for us to win is for each and every one of us to work until Nov. 2 to make today the beginning of a movement and not shining moment in a battle we lose.

2. Yep, yes, yupper and amen
But it doesn't hurt at all to start off with a little spring in your step. Be optimistic, be positive, and let's get those corrupt bastards out of our White House!

3. Yes and then getting the election
win will be the start of a whole new fight. No way will they concede to what the people want, they won't give up power that easily. It will be difficult to get legislation passed and they will try to destroy Kerry in some way.

5. We really cannot rest until we have made structural changes
to the government. Or we will just keep having a cycle of devestating conservative administrations and ineffective democratic administrations until eventually they wipe us out for good.

8. Get Ready For A Walk Through A $70 million dollar hell
McCain-Feingold says Bunnypants has to spend all the rest of the money he's raised by the Repugnican convention...the 3 week "notch" that Kerry won't have as once he's nominated he'll only be able to spend federal matching funds. Bunnypants has at least $70 million to spend in the next 3 weeks...that's a lot of commercials and a lot of lies.

If you thought the battle was hard so far, the hardest work is the next month or so. This is when we need to seal the deal and make it so this regime can't lie itself back into any form of "popularity".

I could tell there was deseperation brewing when I heard Hannity warn he's got all sorts of stuff on Kerry he's going to unleash in the next couple weeks (more of those doctor pics, Sean???)...and I expect there to be lies about sex and drugs...unsubstantiated, of course, but a slime's a slime to these thugs and they'll do whatever it takes to win.

The lines couldn't be clearer...we're working for the future, they're fighting to stay relevent.
