I do not yearn for the past, but I do appreciate this all-too-rare glimpse of why I still believe in this country.
Maybe I'm the only one, but tonight made me think 2 things. First, that we are lucky to have Bill Clinton, despite his personal short comings. He is our great communicator.
It also made me realize that John Kerry is exactly the right man for the job right now. Is he as brilliant a speaker as Clinton? No. But he is a tough, tough man, and the right man, for this tough, tough job. Perhaps even moreso than Clinton.

and I agree, Clinton's a great speaker but Kerry is going to be the right man for the job ahead. :thumbsup:

Listening to Clinton speak, I felt as if this was a major turning point for the Democratic Party. We are united, and we WILL beat Bush with John F. Kerry at the helm!
