Anything happening with the FAUX False Advertizing Petition/Lawsuit?
I signed the petition and passed the word, but haven't heard anything since.

I will say my excuse is that I've been very busy making the house ready for sale (anyone want to move to St. Clair, Michigan?) and haven't been watching much tube or posting much.

The Anti-"Fair and Balanced" petition made a lot of sense (and sounded like it would be both fun and a huge publicity career opportunity for some young, Liberal, and vicious attorney).

Inquiring minds etcetera?

2. sign the petition
With the Convention on us, I'm not sure they will discuss it. I guess we just have to wait till next week to start hearing again about Fox News and it's stupidity

4. The wheels of justice grind ever so slowly
and the case was filed less than two weeks ago. My guess is that it will be months before we hear anything more about it, although lawyers on both sides will be racking up their fees.

This suit really should have been filed years ago and by the DNC, and called them not only on their slogan but on calling it "news."

It's just another example of how the DLC-led Democrats were asleep at the wheel, and how if we want anything done, we'll have to do it outside the party, even after Kerry wins.
