Where was W born?
In another political argument (ad nauseum). I'm positive he was born somewhere up North, but a someone here insists that he was born in Midland, TX. "It says so in Barbarba Bush's book."

I think this is just another roundabout lie to make him more Texan.

Anyone have proof?

5. He's a Connecticut Yankee.
Undisputable fact.

President Bush was born on July 6, 1946, in New Haven, Connecticut, and he grew up in Midland and Houston, Texas.

From the shithead's official website at you-know-where.

12. the only White House occupant who doesn't list his birthplace
... in "Who's Who in America" -- even after he took office!

Apparently he gets all snippy when people remind him of his New Haven roots (as the governor of Connecticut found out in early 2001, when Bush cold-shouldered him during a visit).

In fact, his opponent in that Midland Congressional race back in the 1970s took him to task for misleading the voters -- his campaign literature implied he was born and raised there.

It's bad enough we had to deal with him for so long, there's no need to force his birth on us as well.
