following recent comments by Australian foriegn minister Alexander Downer (aptly described as "the most wilfully stupid politican" in the international arena). Protesters in Manila have burnt Australian flags calling us murderers and warmongers..this follows comments by Downer that the withdrawal of Spanish and Filipino troops from iraq has only encouraged terrorism and hostage taking.
