Bush and the Kerry Photos

I just read a post that mentioned that Bush fell off his bike again recently. As everyone at DU might already know, the Bush Campaign put out photos of Kerry in a Dust suit at the Kennedy Space Center. Does anyone believe that the Bush Campaign put out the Kerry photos in order to take notice off of Bush falling off his bike for a second time? Do you think they put those photos out in order to stop the media from mentioning what happened to Bush?
