The fisrt order of business in a Kerry administration should be to proceed with re-regulation fo the arrogant bastards. They're using public property for free and totally disregarding the requirement that some of their programming supports the public interest.

I think that the American people would overwhelmingly support breaking up the conglomerates and enforcing rules like we had for 50 years prior to Reagan's corrupt administration. And I think that it's CLEARLY in the Democrat's best interest to do so-
