This is a challenge to all you DU "lurkers" out there! If you are like me, you read this board more than you post. You want to get Bush out of office, but you haven't taken action. You've thought about donating or volunteering, but there is that little something inside you that won't let you get over the hump. I know - I was like you.

Due to election laws, John Kerry's campaign will not be able to take donations once he accepts the nomination on Thursday evening. At that point, you will have lost your chance to make a contribution to one of the most important campaigns ever.

Don't have much money to send? How about five dollars? Do you realize that a $5 donation could buy a ream of paper that could be used to send 500 letters to swing voters? NOW how much is your $5 donation worth?

Try it. You CAN make a difference!
