First of all Micheal is not gentically Raygun in anyway. He was adopted in the first marriage between Ron Raygun and Jane Wyman who happens to be alive this very day. Ronald began ignoring Michael after his marriage to Nancy, and Michael was never really welcome in their lives after the second marriage....
