A Convention present for Dean's admirers:
He spoke at our delegation breakfast this morning, and I got a couple pictures of him. One is quite blurry, I'm sorry, I was trying to hurry and get out of other people's way. As you can imagine, everyone wanted pictures, and he had very limited time.

He is VERY gracious to his fans! Very nice man, and he gave a wonderful speech to us.

1. Thanks!
As I said to my wife last night while Dean spoke: "I would have followed that man into hell."

4. Let's hope we can follow him into an important Cabinet post
or as the new head of the DNC!

6. Head of the DNC would be brilliant.
Cabinet position would be interesting, but I do like where he is. Converting "Dean for America" into "Democracy for America" was a briliant move! Funding little known races is an even better move!

2. Thanks, geniph!
To echo apnu's statement, I would have followed that man into hell, too. I'm very happy that he's remaining active in national politics.

3. A very nice man indeed
I still don't know why the GOP got away with painting him as an angry crazy person. He emanates goodness.

5. It wasn't just the GOP who painted him that
I won't mention names....

and greet him at the Sleepless Summer tour in Seattle. Saw him one other time in Seattle too, at Town Hall.

Very nice man indeed.
