And I emailed him, telling him so, and urging him to stay active with his message. Unfortunately, every time a pundit talks about the speech, they make comparisons with what he actually did way back when.

I emailed him as well. Telling him I was reminded, while listening, of his visionary approach 2 energy independence and how much better off we would all B 2day if his vision had been acknowledged and taken seriously.

Then raygun trashed all of Carter's energy initiatives.
