Burial of Prez Reagan, also bury Reagan family....
republican loyalty. Mrs. Reagan, an 83 year old independent woman gives little bush the finger...stuff it bush...this is not Ronny's republican party. Ron will be voting for stemcell future technology. Since Mrs. Reagan is number one advocate of stemcell technology, either she will not vote or she'll vote for stemcell like Ron. Pundits were furious at Ron. He had said that his speech was not political, then dropped the bomb. 'On November 2, we have the responsibility to vote for stemcell technogy.' Little bushie and his ignorant wingers are not for stemcell.

1. his whole speech marginalized the religious reich
just a little bit more, pointing out that they were undifferentiated tissue, not babies, not even embryos. It was a wonderful, factual speech. I doubt it will do much for the real fanatics out there, but I think it got to everyone who could possibly be reached on that issue.

In Ronnie's time, in vitro fertilization was cutting edge and there were no blastocysts left over from the attempts and in danger of simply being discarded. All the research was done on fetal tissue from therapeutic abortion. Modern stem cell research is different, and I think he finally got that point across to all the people who still thought tissue was recycled from the vacuum jars in abortion clinics.

The fanatacism on this subject on the right makes absolutely no sense whatsoever, and I applaud him for pointing that out, even if his name is Reagan.

2. I'm sure they are pissed at Ron.
"ou betrayed the all powerful Republican Party, you Prick." That is probably what those fucking idiots are thinking in regards to Ron.

Ron was promoting stem-cell research. So he said vote for Stem-cell Research. Bush won't support it and Kerry will. It's as simple as that.

3. Typical Republican "loyalty"
...Use somethingshamelessly when it's to your advantage, chew it up and spit it out when it's through.

4. They Miss the Point
that is is the Bushistas who have politicized stem cell research. When they made it political, the only response possible became political.
