1. I Don't Think There Will Be One

Can't the chair simply ask for unaninous consent by a voice vote, and then after everyone yells and hollers for about 15 minutes he could say the "Yea's have it" and name the candidate. I think they have a name for that .....

I wanna hear " The great State of Georgia, home to the worlds finest peaches, onions, and peanuts, and honored to call one of the worlds greatest humanitarians a favorite son, is proud to pledge its distinguished slate of delegates to the next President of the United States of America.....John Kerry!" or something like that.
