Carville reported that today was one of the bloodiest days in Iraq in the last few months, 68 killed. Novak asked, "How many of those were Americans? Only 3, right? Why don't you report it right, only 3 Americans were killed today!" (I guess to Novak, Iraqui civilians don't count.) Carville admitted that yes, only 3 Americans were killed...immmediate cut to commercial, when they returned, Wolf Blitzer was standing right by the Crossfire table, and began reporting the day's headlines by saying, "68 killed today in Iraq." Wolf almost, almost smiled. Novak was carrying on about the Dems having nothing in their platform to condemn partial-birth abortions, ie, he is SO concerned about LIFE, that he didn't consider Iraqui citizens' deaths worth reporting.
