They know you're watching . . .
Can FOX, Tweety, CNN live on RW viewers alone?

They don't have to - read the posts (and I am guilty of griping too).

They are having the time of their lives driving the "libruls" crazy.

Let them preach to the choir - write a kind letter, turn them off, and enjoy C-SPAN.

1. Write letters to the advertisers of their news programs.
and cc them to FOX etc- that will do more to stand them on end then sending the networks a letter. Hit them in their pocketbook.

3. It's a Hit with the "Nielsen Families", the Only Audience That Matters
> Can FOX, Tweety, CNN live on RW viewers alone?

Unfortunately, yes. Think about the Nielsen ratings and how they are
calculated, using *only* a handful of "Nielsen families" and ignoring
everybody else. Anybody who spends their leisure time some place other
than in front of the TV need not apply. In fact you have to be part
of a whole, intact, family made up entirely of TV addicts.

Not surprisingly, people like that tend to be rather conservative.

This does not present a fair picture of audience share, but the
advertisers aren't looking for that. They are looking for people
who will believe the advertising, and everything else they see on TV.
That IS the FauxNews audience, so of course they get good ratings.

You can fool some of the people all of the time.
Those are the people Nielsen selects.
